I love the UNIF brand, but, they *** me off.

First, their sizes... are *** up. I'm a medium. I bought their WE ARE DAMNED jacket from farfetch cause it was sold out on their site. I got a Large... wouldn't even fit me. So i buy a sweater from their site, Large. It's insanely huge. I dunno who's deciding what sizes are which, but there's definitely some flaw there.

When I order their producs from other sites, it comes SUPER quick. When I order directly from their site, they us USPS which is insanely slow and ***.

I just orderd 600.00 bucks worth of stuff from their site and once again they've used USPS and I've been sitting here for 3 weeks waiting for my items. I've tried emailing them and nothing.

Just *** me off that other sites that sell their expensive clothing usually make it to me in a week or less. If i order from them... it's litteraly a guessing game. UNIF, doesn't seem to give two *** if their products get to their customers in a reasonable time.

Such shotty service for such an awesome brand which btw is not cheap.

I love UNIF, but common GET WITH IT. You may be one of the hottest brands right now but it's no excuse for *** customer service and *** shipping.

Monetary Loss: $600.

I agree, I emailed them about a size and never heard back, they need to lower their prices if they suck with customer service.

They will charge your card before shipping. I placed an order and didn't receive a shipping notification after a week but see the charge posted.

I contact them and they say one of the items is out of stock (but they don't bother to tell me, I have to contact them). They say I should pick something else and they won't do credit/refund.

Poor customer service overall.

And they will charge your card prior to sending your order (whether its the actual items you want). I've never seen an online retailer do that.

Bought a $178 jacket, my 15% off was never applied and customer service responded they won't correct it. 1 mistake not corrected for good customer service.

Then I receive my jacket tonight ups just delivered it and the zipper is bent, can't even unzip it to try it on, and there is a huge snag on the front.

Needless to say I'm effin pissed. We will see what their customer service says...

I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I LOVE UNIF clothing, and I tend to make my next purchases going off the fit of the previous ones.

I bought the pink garter skirt in a Small, and that was a little big. A few months later, I buy a cropped shirt and jumper from them, both in Smalls, and I can barely pack my body into them. Had to send off for Mediums in each.

I adore their fashions, but it's almost getting too risky for me to continue to order their stuff if I'm going to continually have to pay to ship back items that (by the size chart) should fit me, but don't. :?
